Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Business Systems Analyst to join our Workflow Coordination (WC) team. This role is critical in translating business needs into actionable user stories, supporting integration efforts, and ensuring smooth coordination across business and technology teams. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, experience managing multiple projects, and a collaborative mindset.

Key Responsibilities:

• Document business needs as actionable user stories with clear acceptance criteria.
• Ensure all stories meet WC Wing standards (labels, project info, proper formatting).
• Resolve requirement ambiguities by engaging with business lines, Product Owners, and WC teams.
• Collaborate with business and tech teams to define BRE rules and document them in BFR spreadsheet format.
• Create document form field mappings for WC map and Postman integration.
• Coordinate with Print Center for new batch introductions.
• Support QA and Product Owners during acceptance testing.
• Maintain and update operational runbooks with batch processing details.
• Track and update release status sheets and participate in bi-weekly Release Reviews with the Run the Bank team.
• Maintain WC Source Confluence pages for new/updated integrations.
• Review data mappings with source system representatives.
• Provide effort estimates as needed.
• Actively participate in Agile ceremonies: stand-ups, refinements, retrospectives, and demos.

Must-Have Technical Skills:

• 4-6 years in:
  • Managing multiple projects 
  • Requirements gathering and documentation
  • Working with resources outside of core team
