Job Summary:

Responsible for overseeing project management processes to ensure successful project delivery and alignment with organizational goals.

Job Description:

• Coordinate and monitor project activities timelines and deliverables.
• Facilitate communication between project stakeholders and teams.
• Develop and maintain project documentation and reports.
• Assist in risk management and issue resolution.
• Support resource allocation and budgeting efforts.
• Track project progress and provide regular updates to senior management.
• Ensure adherence to project management methodologies and best practices.
• Organize and lead project meetings and status reviews.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Establish and maintain project management frameworks and standards.
• Collaborate with project managers to plan execute and close projects effectively.
• Monitor project performance metrics and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Manage project schedules budgets and resource plans.
• Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Prepare and present project status reports to stakeholders.
• Foster collaboration across teams to achieve project objectives.
• Ensure compliance with organizational policies and procedures.
