Contract: 1 year, W2 Contract
Location: Hybrid - San Bruno, CA (Tues-Thurs onsite, Mon & Fri remote)
Pay Rate: $38-$48/hr W2 based on of experience

Job Description:

We re seeking a highly organized and collaborative Video Producer to join the Visual Comms team. You will lead the end-to-end video production process across 11 languages for internal and external-facing video content that helps explain complex topics and resolve user issues.

Responsibilities:

  • Own and manage full-cycle video projects: from pre-production planning and script development to on-set coordination, post-production, and delivery

  • Oversee project schedules, resource allocation, and budgets to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams (creative, legal, marketing) and external production vendors

  • Provide clear editorial and visual direction; perform line and copy editing for scripts and video content

  • Coordinate localization of scripts, captions, on-screen text, and metadata across multiple languages

  • Execute and support video editing tasks using Adobe Premiere and After Effects

Requirements:

Mandatory:

  • Bachelor's degree in Film, Communications, or related field

  • 3-5 years of hands-on experience in video production management, preferably in tech or media environments

  • Strong understanding of production workflows (pre-to-post)

  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple high-volume projects in parallel

  • Experience working with scripts related to complex tech products

  • Proficiency in Adobe Premiere and After Effects

  • Excellent written communication and project management skills

Nice to Have:

  • Experience overseeing localization workflows across multiple languages

  • Familiarity with production budgeting and vendor management

  • Experience using project management tools (e.g., Asana, Smartsheet)
