Job Details
Job title: Incident manager/Principal support consultant WMS Supply chain domain
Location: Atlanta, GA
Duration: 6+ months
Job Duties:
- Strong understanding in supply chain principles and expertise in Order Management and Warehouse Management.
- Functional knowledge in end-to-end warehouse systems with an experience Manhattan Associates' Warehouse Systems.
- Complete understanding of Order Management System , inbound, inventory and outbound in a Warehouse.
- Strong experience in supporting Client Warehouse system by handling Service tickets raised.
- Experience in handling Functional/Technical configuration for Warehouse management system.
- handling daily production incidents, Service tickets & Problem Tickets and providing quick solutions to issues to minimize the impact on production system.
- Analyse, finding RCA for recurring production issues and provide possible Fix for the issues.
- Collaborate and coordinate with business teams to support any changes in WMS application.
