Key Responsibilities Platform AdministrationManage the overall Confluence platform, including user accounts, permissions, and site configuration. Confluence SpaceManagementSet up and customize Confluence spaces for different projects and teams, organizing content with parentchild pages and labels. Template Content CreationDesign and create various page templates for different document types, and establish standards for content creation and page structure. IntegrationIntegrate Confluence with other tools, such as Jira, GitHub, and other business applications, to streamline workflows. Training SupportDevelop and deliver training programs for stakeholders to effectively use Confluence, and provide ongoing support. Optimization Best PracticesAdvise teams on how to best utilize Confluence features and ensure the platform is organized, accessible, and efficient for team collaboration. Required Skills Expert knowledge of Confluence and its features, including space customization, page creation, and permission management. Experience with Jira, especially its integration with Confluence for project management. Strong understanding of collaboration and documentation best practices. Ability to train users and provide clear guidance on platform usage. Experience with content evaluation and providing insights for platform improvement.
