  • Assist with routine maintenance of production environments - security updates, password rotations, version upgrades, etc.
  • Leverage platform specific tooling to review execution plans and recommend design changes.
  • Maintain system documentation, best practice procedures, and technical runbooks.
  • Ensure adherence to data governance, security policies, and compliance regulations.
  • Planning for future growth and participating in modernization efforts.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - ability to quickly analyze data to identify key insights.
  • Experience working in an Agile team and related methodologies.
  • A proactive mindset: focus on preventing issues before they occur.
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills are also essential.

Preferred Experience:
  • Software development experience in a distributed environment is helpful.
  • Experience with dev languages such as Python, Java, or C#.
  • Prior experience with change management and problem management tools & processes.
  • Prior working knowledge of JIRA or any related Scrum tools preferred.
