Oracle Communication and Change Specialist

Currently, we are searching for a Communications & Change Specialist to join our team ON SITE in San Antonio, TX in a hybrid capacity.

The Communications & Change Specialist will support the execution of communication and change management strategies for a major Oracle Utilities transformation program. This position plays a key role in driving stakeholder alignment, engagement, and adoption by delivering clear, targeted messaging and managing organizational readiness across multiple business areas.

Job Responsibilities:

• Apply structured change management methodologies to drive behavior change and ensure stakeholder adoption of new processes and technologies.
• Develop and deliver high-quality communications, including executive messaging, newsletters, FAQs, and presentations tailored to various internal and external audiences.
• Identify impacted stakeholder groups, assess change readiness, and coordinate training and communications to support a smooth transition.
• Partner closely with functional leads, PMO teams, and client stakeholders to align messaging with transformation goals.
• Create and manage a comprehensive communications plan that ensures timely, consistent, and effective outreach across all channels.

Minimum Job Qualifications:

• Proven experience in communications development and execution across multiple platforms and audience types.
• Expertise in organizational change management and stakeholder engagement, particularly in large-scale transformation initiatives.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to tailor messaging for executive and operational audiences.
• Experience supporting ERP transformation programs (Oracle Cloud ERP preferred).
• Familiarity with utility industry operations and change impacts (e.g., customer service, field operations) is highly desirable.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Strong project coordination and communication planning skills.
• Oracle Cloud ERP or Oracle Utilities program experience.
• Utilities industry or adjacent sector (energy, water, infrastructure), preferred.
• Regular and predictable attendance
