We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Cyber Manager to join our team in Coral Gables, FL or Juno Beach, FL. This is a contract-to-hire position, offering the opportunity to transition into a permanent role based on performance and business needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage a team of cybersecurity professionals, providing clear direction and support.
  • Oversee and ensure the security of web applications, SAP systems, Salesforce platforms, and AWS environments.
  • Drive large-scale projects, including major application changes and transitions from mainframe to distributed applications.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and security compliance.
  • Develop and implement cybersecurity policies, procedures, and best practices.
  • Conduct regular security assessments and audits to identify and mitigate risks.
  • Stay updated with the latest cybersecurity trends and threats, and proactively address potential vulnerabilities.

Qualifications:
  • High-level knowledge and experience in web security, SAP, Salesforce, and AWS.
  • Proven leadership capabilities with a track record of managing and directing teams effectively.
  • Extensive experience with large projects, particularly those involving significant application changes and transitions.
  • A wide range of experience in various cybersecurity domains is preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work cooperatively and humbly with others.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, AWS Certified Security) are a plus.
