Job Overview
We are seeking a ServiceNow Developer/Administrator to join our team on a long-term, part-time basis. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in ServiceNow development, administration, and configuration with relevant ServiceNow certifications. This is a flexible opportunity requiring approximately 20 hours per month to support ongoing enhancements, maintenance, and administration of our ServiceNow environment.
Key Responsibilities
Perform day-to-day administration, configuration, and maintenance of the ServiceNow platform.
Develop and enhance ServiceNow applications, workflows, and automation solutions.
Customize ServiceNow forms, lists, UI policies, client scripts, and business rules.
Manage integrations between ServiceNow and other enterprise systems.
Ensure compliance with best practices, coding standards, and security guidelines.
Perform upgrades, patching, and platform optimization.
Provide ongoing support, troubleshoot issues, and implement enhancements as required.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver solutions.
Required Qualifications
ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) mandatory.
8+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development/administration experience.
Strong experience with ServiceNow modules such as Incident, Problem, Change, Service Catalog, CMDB, and Knowledge Management.
Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide API, and ServiceNow scripting.
Experience with ITSM/ITIL processes and best practices.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Excellent communication and documentation skills.
Nice to Have
Additional ServiceNow certifications (ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, etc.).
Experience with ServiceNow integrations using REST/SOAP APIs.
