Our client, a (Tech industry), is looking to hire a (L&D Development Specialist III) in (Remote).

Job Title - L&D Development Specialist III
Location - Fully Remote
Contract Duration - 4-months contract (Potential to extend)
Pay Range - $65-$70/hr. on W2, DOE

The Learning & Development Specialist plays a vital role in enhancing business performance by designing and implementing effective learning and knowledge management strategies. This role collaborates closely with Learning Leads, Support Operations teams, and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to identify skill gaps, develop targeted learning solutions, and evaluate their impact. The specialist leads the creation of onboarding curriculums and manages large-scale learning projects, ensuring alignment with business goals and continuous improvement through innovative technologies, including AI.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze, design, and deliver learning and knowledge management solutions that drive measurable business outcomes.
  • Partner with Learning and Knowledge Management Leads and Support Operations teams to develop and maintain effective learning strategies.
  • Conduct Performance Needs Analysis (PNA) and Rapid Workflow Analysis (RWA) to identify learning needs and prescribe performance support solutions.
  • Rapidly design, develop, and facilitate minimum viable product (MVP) learning solutions for new workflows, workforce changes, and major initiatives.
  • Architect onboarding and production workflow curriculums based on data-driven insights.
  • Lead and coordinate large-scale projects involving full-time employees, contingent workers, and vendors.
  • Collaborate with SMEs to gather and analyze learning content and performance data.
  • Design assessment frameworks and develop tools to measure the effectiveness of learning programs.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to ensure stable and transformative learning support.
  • Align curriculum and learning strategies with overall business priorities and team needs.

Qualifications

  • Proven ability to manage complex projects and collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with AI technologies and innovative learning tools is a plus

  • Strategic Planning and Stakeholder Management: Experienced in developing and executing Learning and Knowledge Management strategies while building strong relationships with stakeholders, including GO Learning and Knowledge Management Leads, SO LOB teams, and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs).
