Our client, a global Fortune 500 leader in financial and payments technology, is seeking a Product Delivery Manager to join their Product Strategy & Operations team within the Retail POS organization. This individual will play a key role in driving successful rollout and integration of next-generation Retail Point of Sales products across global markets.
The ideal candidate brings hands-on experience in software product delivery, preferably within Point of Sales (POS) or adjacent fintech domains, and thrives at the intersection of product management, engineering, and go-to-market execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the rollout and integration of Retail POS products across global channels.
- Define initiative goals, prepare workstream and channel plans, and ensure alignment with business impact.
- Partner with Product Management, Design, and Engineering to scope, plan, and deliver technical solutions.
- Execute launch strategies in collaboration with Sales Enablement, Marketing, and Operations.
- Develop, document, and implement repeatable delivery processes while supporting senior leaders.
- Work closely with regional Product leaders to identify priorities, dependencies, and risks across roadmaps.
- Communicate project status, issues, and risks to internal stakeholders, including executives.
Qualifications
Must-Haves:
- 3+ years in product delivery, program management, or project management.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Product, or Program Management (preferred).
- Strong time management, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities (written, verbal, executive-level).
- Self-starter, comfortable working autonomously in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in program/project management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, MS Project, Asana).
- Ability to develop new programs and structured implementation plans
Bonus Points:
Experience with international software product launches.
Project management certifications ( PMP, Prince2, Agile/Scrum).
Background in localizing products for new verticals/markets.
Understanding of B2B SaaS / PaaS business models and customer journeys.
