Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Microsoft Dynamics 365 Developer to design, develop, and implement solutions across Dynamics 365 applications (CE/CRM, F&O, or Business Central, depending on your stack). The ideal candidate will have experience customizing Dynamics 365, integrating with other systems, and working with Power Platform tools.
Key Responsibilities
  • Customize and extend Dynamics 365 applications using C#, .NET, JavaScript, TypeScript, and X++ (for F&O).
  • Develop and maintain custom plugins, workflows, business process flows, and Power Automate flows.
  • Create and modify reports using SSRS, Power BI, or built-in reporting tools.
  • Integrate Dynamics 365 with third-party systems using Azure Logic Apps, APIs, and web services.
  • Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements and provide technical solutions.
  • Participate in system upgrades, patches, testing, and deployment activities.
  • Write and maintain technical documentation and unit tests.
  • Ensure code quality, performance, and security compliance.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • 8+ years of experience with Dynamics 365 development (CE/CRM, F&O, or BC).
  • Proficiency in:
    • Dynamics 365 SDK and APIs
    • C# / .NET development
    • JavaScript, HTML, CSS
    • Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate)
    • X++ (if working on D365 F&O)
  • Experience with Azure DevOps or similar CI/CD tools.
  • Strong understanding of relational databases and Microsoft SQL Server.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Developer Associate.
  • Experience with AL language (for Business Central).
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  • Knowledge of data migration tools (KingswaySoft, Dataflex, etc.).
