Required Skills & Experience
- 7+ years of experience in program or project management within software development and/or IT environments
- Proven track record managing large-scale, cross-functional programs from planning through execution
- Strong understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience managing budgets, timelines, risks, and dependencies across multiple projects
- Previous experience working in or closely with an MSP
- Bachelor's Degree in a technical, engineering, or business-related field
- Familiarity with infrastructure technologies (Windows, AD, O365) is a plus

- 100% Program Management of software and infrastructure projects
- Lead cross-functional teams across Engineering, Product, and IT
- Manage project timelines, dependencies, risks, and deliverables
Daily Responsibilities
- Serve as the key liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders
- Own project roadmaps and ensure alignment with business objectives
- Support hands-on troubleshooting, new deployments, and account setup tasks as needed
- Approximately 10-15% travel within New England
- Up to $165,000 Base Salary
