Job Description
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive HR Admin to support our HR Manager in day-to-day operations, with a focus on onboarding, offboarding, and immigration case management.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist the HR Manager with the onboarding and offboarding process for consultants.
Work closely with the HR team and immigration attorneys to support immigration-related matters.
Assist in handling immigration casework from intake through filing, including tracking deadlines and ensuring timely responses.
Keep all relevant stakeholders informed and updated throughout the process.
Requirements:
Prior experience working in a staffing or consulting company is highly preferred.
1 2 years of experience in immigration support, including familiarity with LCA, H-1B, PERM, and I-140 petitions.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
Strong organizational, recordkeeping, and communication skills.
