Role Summary
As a Software Development Lead, you will serve as a subject matter expert responsible for developing and configuring software systems throughout the product lifecycle. You will lead the design and implementation of innovative Guidewire solutions while managing team decisions and stakeholder expectations. This role requires a blend of high-level technical architecture and hands-on mentorship to ensure project goals are met within a collaborative environment.
