We have an exciting new job opening for a UX Program/Product Manager to join our team and work in a hybrid environment at our client s global HQs based out of the Dallas, TX area or McLean, VA area. The ideal candidate will be someone with program management skills that has some experience and ambition to move into the UX design space. This role will be responsible for maintaining existing projects as well as helping to get the UX program stood up!

The Analytics Product Team are trusted partners to key business functions, delivering data-driven projects that empower strategic decision-making. As an Analytics & UX Program/Product Manager, you will work across several key business focus areas including Sales, Messaging, and other areas to drive operational excellence, coordinate analytics initiatives, and elevate user experience across our internal tools and dashboards. This hybrid role blends program management, stakeholder engagement, and user-centered product design, ensuring analytics products are not only delivered efficiently but also intuitive, impactful, and aligned to the needs of our users. This role will span across program management & prioritization, stakeholder engagement & communication, UX strategy & implementation, and product operations & lifecycle management.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead planning, resourcing, and execution for analytics products across Sales and other steady-state focus areas.
  • Own Jira boards, sprint tracking, and roadmaps to coordinate delivery across shared developer pods.
    Support initiative tracking across Pricing, Inventory, Messaging, HRCC, and other aligned domains.
    Serve as a key liaison with business partners, facilitating requirement gathering and continuous feedback loops.
  • Manage competing priorities and balance trade-offs between delivery timelines, UX quality, and team capacity.
    Provide hands-on guidance in UX best practices for analytics products and dashboards.
  • Collaborate with product managers and developers to optimize design, layout, and usability of BI tools (e.g., Tableau, MicroStrategy).
  • Champion consistency in visual storytelling and interface standards across multiple product areas.
    Support the ongoing success and adoption of existing tools, owning documentation, enhancements, and operational check-ins.
  • Contribute to enterprise-wide frameworks that improve product scalability, design patterns, and usage monitoring.

REQUIREMENTS

  • 4+ years in program management, product operations, or analytics product delivery roles.
  • 2+ years of hands-on experience with UX design or guiding UX strategy for internal tools, dashboards, or data products.
  • Proven ability to translate complex business needs into usable and intuitive analytics experiences.
  • Strong working knowledge of UX principles, information architecture, and data storytelling.
  • Familiarity with Agile development, Jira, and SDLC/PDLC frameworks.
  • Demonstrated experience using BI platforms such as Tableau, MicroStrategy, or Power BI.
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • SQL experience highly preferred.
  • Background in product/project management with a focus on enterprise or internal-facing tools preferred.
  • Hospitality or B2B enterprise experience a plus.
  • UX/UI certification or coursework in design thinking or human-centered design is a strong bonus.
  • Scrum/Agile/PMI certification is a strong bonus.
