Job Details

This position will:

  • Design, build, and deploy SAP-based ERP solutions
  • Lead analysis and design in the SAP FICO area
  • Conduct structured testing internally and with end-users
  • Ensure stabilization of the solution and continuous improvement.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Support in the execution of Finance projects and enhancements driving automation, efficiency, and compliance
  • Primary job functions include gathering business requirements, writing specs, designing/configuring systems, training users, providing UAT support, and deploying solutions
  • Provide extensive day-to-day/month/quarter-end support to corporate and factory users
  • Work with internal and external audits to resolve quarterly/annual audit testing issues
  • Work with cross-functional and offshore teams as needed; guide business users on best practices
  • Documentation of configuration, design, and implementation elements, allowing for easy support and knowledge transfer
  • Lead projects/partner with the business on Finance projects that meet end-user needs and improve the company s financial results
  • Multitask several projects and support items at once, prioritizing tasks to ensure the most valuable projects are completed on time
  • Work with key business users to define project objectives and requirements

Required Qualifications:

  • BS Degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Accounting, Finance or a related discipline
  • A minimum of 7 years of SAP FICO Global implementation, rollouts, and support experience
  • At least three full life cycle implementation of FICO modules as a lead or an analyst is required
  • Strong experience in core finance modules: New GL, AP, AR, Assets, Investment Management and Multi-currencies
  • Ability to translate business requirements into system solutions following the SDLC process
  • Excellent communication skills and customer service orientation
  • Strong organizational skills required
  • Detail-oriented and self-directed with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Understanding of ticketing systems such as Service Now.
  • Must have the ability to prioritize and execute multiple tasks and projects at the same time

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Understand key integration points of FICO with other modules like SD/MM/PP, etc.
  • Knowledge or experience of tools like BPC, Nakisa, CLM, Concur, Oracle
  • SAP FICO certification a plus
  • Should have implemented at least 1 S/4 projects.
  • Partner with our IT team to migrate our IT landscape to SAP S/4 HANA
