Required Skills & Qualifications: 3-5 years of experience in onsite IT support or desktop support roles. Strong knowledge of Windows OS, networking basics, and hardware troubleshooting. Ability to coordinate with remote teams and escalate issues as needed. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Willingness to be flexible with onsite visits as required. ,,,,,,,,,, Nice to Have: Experience supporting office setup/build-out projects. Familiarity with ticketing systems like Manage engine, Jira, ADO. Basic knowledge of AV equipment and conference room setups. ,,,,,,,,,,

Key Responsibilities: Provide end-user support for desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and peripherals. Assist with hardware installations, configurations, and troubleshooting. Support office IT infrastructure setup during the build-out phase. Coordinate with remote IT teams to resolve incidents and fulfill requests. Ensure all equipment and connectivity are operational and tested. Maintain logs of issues and support provided.
