Job Details

Data-Core Systems Inc. is seeking a ServiceNow Business Process Consultant
to be a part of our Consulting team. You will participate and effectively contribute to the design, development, and implementation of complex applications, often using new technologies. You will provide technical expertise and systems design for individual initiatives. You will have the opportunity to work with other SME consultants from our existing team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements and translate them into functional ServiceNow solutions.
  • Lead show backs and design sessions to understand business needs and identify process improvement opportunities.
  • Analyze existing business processes and workflows, identifying gaps and recommending ServiceNow capabilities to optimize performance.
  • Collaborate with ServiceNow developers, architects, and project managers to ensure smooth solution delivery.
  • Develop and maintain process documentation, user stories, and ATF test cases.
  • Support testing and change management activities, including user acceptance testing (UAT) and end-user training.
  • Provide subject matter expertise in one or more ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, APM and PPM
  • Stay current on ServiceNow capabilities, best practices, and new releases to advise clients on potential enhancements.
  • Strong experience in data analysis and performance analytics.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor s degree in information technology, or related field.
  • 6+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or Process Consultant, preferably in a ServiceNow environment.
  • Strong understanding of ITIL and service management processes.
  • Hands-on experience with ServiceNow platform, including understanding of modules like ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, APM and PPM
  • Proven experience in business process modeling and workflow design.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • ServiceNow certifications (e.g., Certified System Administrator, Certified Implementation Specialist) are a plus.
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
