Job Title: Salesforce Business Systems Analyst (BSA) CPQ, Billing & Org Migration
Location: %100 Remote
Duration: 6+ months Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Business Systems Analyst (BSA) to support enterprise-level Salesforce initiatives, with a focus on Salesforce CPQ, Billing (Revenue Cloud), and Org Migration. The ideal candidate will serve as a strategic liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, driving requirement gathering, solution design, testing, and deployment of Salesforce solutions across complex environments.
Key Responsibilities:-
Act as the primary liaison between business users and Salesforce technical teams for CPQ, Billing, and Org Migration projects.

Collaborate with stakeholders across Sales, Finance, IT, and Operations to capture detailed business and functional requirements.

Analyze current Salesforce implementations and provide recommendations for improved processes, data quality, and system integration.

Support end-to-end org migration activities, including gap analysis, data mapping, sandbox management, and deployment planning.

Work closely with solution architects and developers to design scalable and maintainable Salesforce solutions.

Lead or support UAT, regression testing, and post-deployment validation efforts.

Create clear and concise documentation, including process flows, requirement specs, test cases, and training materials.

Assist in change management and end-user training for new Salesforce features and system changes.

Monitor project timelines, risks, and deliverables to ensure successful project delivery.

Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business, Computer Science, or related field.

5+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst or Salesforce Analyst.

3+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce CPQ and Salesforce Billing (Revenue Cloud).

Experience with at least one Salesforce Org Migration project (e.g., M&A, multi-org consolidation, re-platforming).

Strong understanding of Salesforce data model, flows, permissions, and integrations.

Ability to write user stories, functional specifications, and conduct gap analyses.

Proficient in tools like JIRA, Confluence, Salesforce Workbench, Data Loader, etc.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Certified Administrator, CPQ Specialist, or Billing Specialist.

Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

Familiarity with middleware tools (MuleSoft, Boomi, etc.) and downstream finance systems (e.g., NetSuite, SAP).

Understanding of quote-to-cash lifecycle and revenue recognition concepts.
