Intermediate (5-7+yrs) Workplace Service Desk Analyst Location: Cincinnati, OH
Duration: CONTRACT TO HIRE. Contract for at least 3 months possibly more prior to becoming an FTE.
Onsite 5 days a week until they truly get up to speed. After they can potentially work remote for one day a week taking turns with team.
REQUIRED SKILLS
5-7+yrs of the following:
- Cisco Call Manager
- Working with multiple telecom/IT vendors
- Provision and manage cloud-based calling and tracing out analog lines
- Punch down used for calling
- 66 block and tone lines
- DIDs (Direct Inward Dialing)
- IT Infrastructure: LAN/WAN, Windows Servers
- SAP (account, print)
EDUCATION
- University degree in an IT related field
- Certification/Training in the assigned area is an added advantage
PREFERRED SKILLS
- ITIL
- Certification/ Training in the assigned area
- Bilingual (fluency in an additional language is a plus)
Purpose: Provide functional and technical support in Workplace Services Area.
Responsibilities: Telephony Technical Support
- Incident, Problem and Service Request Management
- Provide workarounds and solutions based on Service Level Objectives
- Problem Management, report/escalate issue to Service Desk Manager or Senior Service Desk Analyst
- Propose or recommend IT Services modifications to the Service Desk manager to reduce user impact
- Escalate complex problems to problem managers and/ or senior level
- IT Service testing, deployment and stabilization
- Ensure security rules implementation as per the policies
