Job Description:
Position Overview

Our client is seeking a skilled HRIS Senior Analyst to lead efforts in system integrations, narrow artificial intelligence (AI), and robotic process automation (RPA) within HR operations. This role is pivotal in optimizing the Human Resources Information System (HRIS), ensuring seamless data flow, and supporting automation initiatives that drive efficiency and innovation. You will act as a strategic liaison between HR, IT, and external vendors to align HR technology with organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities
  • Enhance and maintain HRIS functionality to meet evolving HR needs.
  • Support and collaborate on AI and RPA initiatives to streamline HR processes.
  • Manage file integrations across upstream and downstream systems.
  • Monitor and analyze integration performance to ensure data accuracy and availability.
  • Interpret HR data to support strategic decision-making.
  • Deliver system training and manage access controls for HR staff.
  • Troubleshoot system issues and implement continuous improvement solutions.
  • Provide high-quality, customer-focused support to HR stakeholders.
  • Identify and implement process improvements using AI and RPA technologies.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in HRIS or a similar technical HR role.
  • Strong understanding of data analysis and reporting tools.
  • Solid grasp of HR processes and compliance standards.
  • Proven analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Demonstrated success in change management and driving operational efficiencies.
  • Customer service-oriented mindset.
  • Experience with system integrations, file transfers, and API technologies.
  • Proficiency in SQL or other database languages.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with HR SaaS platforms.
  • Hands-on experience with AI and RPA tools in HR environments.
  • Relevant HR certifications (e.g., PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP).
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines effectively.
