Role: SAP EWM Logistics Operations Consultant
Location: Remote
Type: Full Time
We are seeking a highly adaptable and experienced SAP EWM Logistics Operations Consultant to join our dynamic team. This individual will support SAP Extended Warehouse Management (EWM) deployments across multiple clients, helping drive operational efficiency through expert knowledge of EWM processes, training, documentation, and floor support during go-lives and HyperCare.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide hands-on functional support for SAP EWM processes, including:
Outbound: Wave management, transportation unit creation, pick/pack/ship processes
Inbound: Receiving, quality inspection, putaway strategies
Production Integration: Support staging to/from production supply areas (PSAs)
Batch Management & Inventory Controls
Support floor operations during go-lives and HyperCare; troubleshoot in real-time with warehouse personnel and supervisors.
Write and execute detailed test scripts for system validation.
Create and manage comprehensive training plans, including developing:
PowerPoint presentations
End-user job aids
Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
Conduct end-user training sessions, adapting content to different roles and learning styles.
Build training data scenarios and prepare test environments to simulate real-world transactions.
Extract and analyze data from SAP EWM for process validation and reporting.
Collaborate cross-functionally with business stakeholders to understand unique client operations and tailor EWM solutions accordingly.
Flexibly work nights and weekends as project timelines dictate, especially during deployment and HyperCare phases.

Qualifications:
3+ years of hands-on SAP EWM experience, including recent go-live or HyperCare involvement
Strong functional knowledge of both Inbound and Outbound logistics processes
Experience with batch management, transportation units, quality inspection processes, and production staging
Comfortable working in warehouse environments, including time spent on the floor supporting operational users
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
Proven ability to:
Learn new industries and business models quickly
Communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical users
Document processes in a clear, user-friendly format
Excellent organizational, time management, and interpersonal skills
Willingness to travel up to 80% and work flexible hours when required
