Description

We are looking for a talented Multimedia Designer to join our team on a long-term contract basis in San Clemente, California. In this role, you will collaborate with the Marketing Communications team to produce high-quality multimedia content, including 3D animations, videos, audio, and motion graphics, while ensuring alignment with branding and strategic objectives. This position offers an exciting opportunity to bring creative ideas to life and make a meaningful impact within the manufacturing industry.

Responsibilities:
Develop and edit dynamic multimedia assets, including video, audio, motion graphics, and 3D models, to support marketing initiatives.
Collaborate closely with internal teams to transform concepts into visually engaging content.
Ensure all multimedia deliverables adhere to brand guidelines, technical requirements, and project timelines.
Utilize tools such as Adobe Creative Suite and 3D modeling software to create high-quality multimedia projects.
Continuously refine production processes to deliver innovative media content.
Manage video equipment and shooting to capture impactful footage for campaigns.
Apply your expertise in video editing and motion design to create compelling narratives.
Troubleshoot technical issues to ensure seamless multimedia production.
Stay updated on industry trends to incorporate fresh ideas and techniques into projects.

Requirements

Advanced knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, including Premiere Pro, After Effects, Audition, Lightroom, and Media Encoder.
Proficiency in 3D modeling and animation software, such as Blender or equivalent tools.
Familiarity with video shooting, editing, and operating video equipment and cameras.
Strong skills in multimedia content creation, including audio and motion graphics.
Experience working with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
Exceptional attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Effective time management and organizational skills.
Ability to collaborate and communicate effectively with cross-functional teams.
