Front-End Architect

Our client, a large commerce and advertising agency, is looking to hire a Front-End React Architect for a 7-month contract. The consultant will be working remotely on a large CMS implementation project. The Architect will also be expected to contribute to coding with React, TypeScript as well as Next.js.

Required Skills:

• Expert level React skills
  
• Mid-level TypeScript development skills
  
• Next.js - Minimum 1 year experience w/ mid-level or higher complexity
  
• Next.js hosting deployment experience (e.g. Vercel or self-hosted)
  
• Commerce experience, integrating with BigCommerce or other headless commerce platform like Shopify, Commercetools
  
• Experience integrating with Bloomreach Content or other headless CMS like Contentful, Contentstack, Hygraph, etc.
  
• Experience running solution meetings with client and vendors (communication skills, time zone, etc.)
  
• Experience writing technical documentation for the audiences of client, developer and QA: integration specifications (API), application architecture.
