Description:
Title: Applications Architect
Location: Austin, TX - Hybrid (90% remote, with a few required on-site meetings per month in Austin, TX)
Duration: 12 months with strong potential for extension

Description:
Title: Applications Architect
Location: Austin, TX - Hybrid (90% remote, with a few required on-site meetings per month in Austin, TX)

Minimum Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in Enterprise Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
- Strong hands-on experience with .NET technologies, including:
- C#
- ASP.NET
- .NET Core
- Proven ability to communicate effectively (both verbal and written) with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.
- 5+ years of experience in:
- Accurate work estimation, including timelines and resource planning.
- Agile/Scrum and traditional SDLC methodologies.
- ETL processes and relational databases (e.g., SQL Server, Oracle, MySQL).
- Managing hybrid teams (full-time and contract developers).
- DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines and version control tools (e.g., Jenkins, Bitbucket).
- 3+ years in a leadership or management role overseeing enterprise development teams.
- Experience delivering solutions for government or education enterprises.
- Familiarity with:
- Blazor Server
- Blazor WebAssembly (WSM)
- Power BI
