Job Details

We are seeking an experienced EngageOne Developer with strong expertise in Document Generation & Customer Communication Management (CCM) platforms. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with EngageOne 6.6+, DOC1 to EngageOne migration, and managing complex, multilingual document workflows.

You will be responsible for template development, batch and on-demand processing, scripting, and collaboration across project and testing teams.
Key Responsibilities
1. Requirement Coordination
  • Collaborate with the program lead to understand business and technical requirements.
  • Provide technical insights for solution design, migration planning, and document rendering performance.
2. Document Migration (DOC1 EngageOne)
  • Perform end-to-end migration from DOC1 to EngageOne 6.6+.
  • Re-engineer data records, layouts, templates, and record patterns.
  • Validate migrated content for accuracy and compliance.
3. Template & Document Development
  • Build and maintain templates using:
    • EngageOne Interactive
    • EngageOne On-Demand
    • Batch Processing modules
  • Manage complex requirements such as: multilingual content, charts, graphs, barcodes, merge/split logic.
4. PowerShell Scripting
  • Develop and maintain PowerShell scripts for automation, batch processing, and deployment tasks.
5. Testing Coordination
  • Work with QA teams to test generated documents.
  • Troubleshoot formatting issues, logic mismatches, and rendering problems.
  • Ensure outputs meet business and regulatory standards.
6. Reporting & Communication
  • Provide timely updates, status reports, and highlight risks or dependencies.
  • Ensure smooth project execution within timelines.
Required Skills (Must-Have)
  • 4 8+ years working with EngageOne 6.6+ (client-server).
  • Strong understanding of:
    • Document generation lifecycle
    • EngageOne Interactive
    • EngageOne On-Demand
    • Batch processing
  • Expertise in:
    • Data records creation & record pattern setup
    • DOC1GEN / DOC1PCE
    • Template and content authoring
  • PowerShell scripting proficiency
  • Experience with multilingual and complex document design (charts, graphs, barcodes, merge/split logic)
