Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly experienced and technically proficient Teamcenter PLM Integration Leader to drive end-to-end integration between Siemens Teamcenter PLM and SAP S/4HANA systems. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of PLM and ERP systems, proven experience in integration architecture and deployment, and a strong background in leading cross-functional implementation teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design, development, and deployment of integration solutions between Siemens Teamcenter and SAP S/4HANA.
- Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, IT, and business stakeholders to define integration requirements and ensure seamless data flow across systems.
- Define and manage the PLM-ERP integration architecture, standards, and best practices.
- Oversee the implementation and customization of T4EA/T4S (Teamcenter Gateway for Enterprise Applications/SAP).
- Manage system interfaces, data synchronization, BOM transfers, change management processes, and material master data alignment.
- Troubleshoot integration issues and provide ongoing support and optimization.
- Coordinate with Siemens and SAP technical teams and solution partners.
- Lead UAT, training, and documentation for integration processes.
- Drive project planning, reporting, risk management, and stakeholder communication.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Information Technology, or related field.
- 8+ years of experience in PLM implementation with 5+ years specifically in Teamcenter PLM.
- Proven experience integrating Teamcenter with SAP S/4HANA, including use of T4EA/T4S or similar middleware solutions.
- Strong understanding of engineering and manufacturing processes.
- Hands-on experience with Teamcenter modules (e.g., BOM Management, Change Management).
- Proficient in SAP S/4HANA modules relevant to PLM (MM, PP, ECTR, etc.).
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience in Agile and/or Waterfall project environments.
Preferred Skills:
- Siemens Certified Professional in Teamcenter Integration.
- Experience with cloud-based PLM and ERP solutions.
- Working knowledge of data migration tools and methodologies.
- Familiarity with industry standards such as ISO 10303 (STEP), JT, or other CAD-neutral formats.
