Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Java Developer with strong iNow development experience to design, develop, and maintain enterprise applications. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience working with Java/J2EE technologies and iNow platform customization, including integrations, workflows, and data handling.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain applications using Java, J2EE, Spring, and Hibernate

  • Develop and customize solutions on the iNow platform

  • Work on iNow integrations with third-party systems and APIs

  • Develop and maintain RESTful and SOAP web services

  • Perform backend development, debugging, and performance tuning

  • Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to understand requirements

  • Write clean, scalable, and well-documented code

  • Participate in code reviews, testing, and deployment activities

  • Provide production support and resolve application issues

  • Follow SDLC, Agile/Scrum methodologies

Required Skills & Qualifications

🔹 Core Skills

  • Strong hands-on experience in Java / J2EE

  • Experience with Spring, Spring Boot, Hibernate/JPA

  • Solid experience in iNow development / customization

  • Knowledge of iNow workflows, forms, scripts, and configurations

  • Experience with API integrations (REST/SOAP)

🔹 Database & Tools

  • Experience with Oracle / SQL Server / MySQL

  • Strong SQL & PL/SQL skills

  • Familiarity with Git, Maven, Jenkins

Preferred Skills (Nice to Have)

  • Experience with JavaScript, HTML, CSS

  • Knowledge of Microservices architecture

  • Experience in cloud platforms (AWS/Azure)

  • Experience in CI/CD pipelines

  • Exposure to financial/education domain (if applicable)

Soft Skills

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities

  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
