Job Details
- Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
- 2 5+ years of experience in BPM development using tools like Appian, Pega, IBM BPM, Camunda, or similar.
- Strong understanding of BPMN (Business Process Model and Notation).
- Experience with Java, JavaScript, SQL, REST/SOAP APIs.
- Solid knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- 8+ years of experience in Java development with a strong focus on Spring Boot & Microservices.
- 3+ years of experience with JBPM/Kogito, including process modeling, deployment, and execution.
- Hands-on experience with RESTful APIs, RabbitMQ, and event-driven architectures.
- Experience with RDBMS (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB, Redis) databases.
- Knowledge of CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions etc.) for automated deployments.
- Experience in monitoring and logging (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack).
- Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills in distributed microservices environments.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and team collaboration skills.
