Our client seeks an Machine Learning Technical Lead for a Full Time project in Vancouver, BC. Below is the detailed requirement
Title: Machine Learning technical Lead

Duration: Full Time
Job Description:
- Bachelor's degree preferably in Computer Science, Information technology, Computer Engineering, or related IT discipline or equivalent experience with 12+ Minimum Experience
- Strong expertise in Python for data science and production systems.
- Proficiency in SQL for querying and optimizing large datasets.
- Hands-on experience with PySpark for distributed data processing.
- Deep knowledge of ETL pipeline design and data engineering workflows.
- Practical experience with Databricks for collaborative data and ML development.
- Knowledge of basic AWS services (e.g., S3, CloudWatch).
- Understand of how to use git for version control and experience in cloud solutions such as GitLab.
- Experience with machine learning model development, deployment, and monitoring.
- Familiarity with ML Ops best practices (CI/CD pipelines, model versioning, monitoring).
- Ability to design scalable and reliable architectures for ML applications.
- Strong understanding of data governance, security, and compliance in cloud environments
- Ability to lead technical teams and set clear direction.
- Skilled in mentoring developers and data scientists, fostering growth and best practices.
- Experience managing distributed teams across multiple time zones.
- Ability to prioritize work, balance competing demands, and ensure timely delivery.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills in complex, data-driven projects.
