Job Title: PLM Program Manager
Location: Akron, OH (Onsite)
Duration/Term: Long-Term Contract


Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced program manager to lead PLM solution implementation and support. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in PLM solutions and 3DXexperience, with a strong background in the automotive domain. This role requires strategic leadership, stakeholder communication, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure seamless project delivery.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the implementation and support of Dassault Systems PLM solutions for automotive projects.
  • Gather and analyze business requirements, ensuring optimal prioritization and solution development.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders, providing project updates, risk assessments, and recommendations.
  • Ensure project timelines, financial targets, and compliance are met.
  • Work closely with customers and business IT teams for legacy application retirement and Greenfield Implementation
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, ensuring successful integration and execution of PLM solutions.


Required Skills & Experience:

  • Extensive experience in PLM solutions, preferably 3DXexperience.
  • Strong expertise in configuration management, BOM management, and manufacturing engineering.
  • Automotive industry experience is highly preferred.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills for stakeholder engagement.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within cross-functional teams.
  • Proven track record of successful project implementations in the manufacturing domain.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in PLM program management.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects, ensuring alignment with customer demands and business objectives.
