Job Details

Job Summary: The Field Engineer 3 is responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining hardware and software products primarily at customer locations. This role ensures systems function correctly and are updated or maintained according to specifications. The Field Engineer 3 collaborates with technical teams to deliver timely, effective, and seamless service. Additionally, this role manages scheduling, documentation, and customer interactions to guarantee high satisfaction and system understanding. Key Responsibilities: Provide comprehensive field engineering support to a portfolio of large or complex client accounts. Take full ownership and accountability for all on-site service activities. Perform advanced maintenance tasks across all products and conduct low-complexity installations. Utilize advanced diagnostic tools and technical expertise to troubleshoot and resolve client issues efficiently. Deliver technical feedback to improve equipment, systems, and service processes. Complete all required service administration, including documentation, scheduling, and customer communications. Collaborate with internal technical teams to ensure consistent service quality and knowledge sharing. Qualifications: High School Diploma or GED required; Associate Degree or technical certifications preferred. Typically requires 2-4 years of field engineering or relevant technical experience. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and customer service abilities. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. Willingness to travel to client sites as necessary Education: High School
