Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Solution Architect to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing end-to-end technology solutions that align with business needs. The Solution Architect will collaborate with stakeholders, business analysts, developers, and project managers to ensure solutions are scalable, secure, and cost-effective.

Key Responsibilities

  • Understand business requirements and translate them into technical architecture and design.
  • Develop end-to-end solution blueprints, ensuring integration across applications, databases, infrastructure, and cloud platforms.
  • Evaluate existing systems and recommend improvements, modernization strategies, or replacements.
  • Provide technical leadership during project planning, design, and implementation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including development, operations, and security to deliver robust solutions.
  • Ensure solutions comply with industry standards, best practices, and security guidelines.
  • Prepare architecture documents, diagrams, and technical specifications.
  • Conduct technology assessments, proof-of-concepts, and vendor evaluations.
  • Guide development teams in coding standards, integration practices, and performance tuning.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients and internal stakeholders on technology trends and solution options.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor s or Master s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Proven experience (7 12+ years) in solution architecture, systems design, or enterprise architecture.
  • Strong expertise in Cloud Platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform).
  • Hands-on knowledge of microservices, APIs, integration frameworks, and DevOps tools.
  • Proficiency with databases (SQL/NoSQL), data architecture, and ETL processes.
  • Solid understanding of security frameworks and compliance (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA, SOC2).
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
