Data Architect (Snowflake):
Responsibilities:
The candidate MUST have 30% Admn and 70% development experience!! Must be able to handle end-to-end responsibilities!!
- Lead the migration of databases from Oracle to Snowflake, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations
- Design and implement identity management protocols within Snowflake to ensure secure access to data
- Develop and enforce cluster permissioning strategies to maintain data integrity and compliance
- Organize and structure data within Snowflake to support the company's data organization semantics and raw data requirements.
- Oversee the implementation of Snowflake, ensuring that the solution meets business needs and performance standards.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- Proven experience as a Snowflake Architect or similar role, with a strong background in data warehousing and database migration projects
- Expertise in Oracle databases and a solid understanding of Snowflake's architecture and ecosystem
- Experience with identity management, cluster per missioning, and data organization within a Snowflake environment
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities, with experience managing teams and projects
