As a Human Resource Generalist, you will be at the heart of their HR operations, handling a diverse range of responsibilities from administrative tasks to high-level functions such as investigations and team member coaching and counseling. Your expertise will ensure that HR processes run smoothly and that team members feel supported and valued.
In this role, you will:
- Manage day-to-day HR administrative tasks, including employee records, and compliance.
- Track metrics and suggest and implement improvements related to metrics.
- Conduct thorough investigations and guide on employee relations issues.
- Offer coaching, counseling, and support to employees, fostering a positive and inclusive work environment.
- Collaborate with management and team members to interpret policy. Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and programs that align with the organizational goals.
- Identify training needs and administer or coordinate training and onboarding.
Work Schedule:
This role will be a direct hire, full-time role with the client company (not contract/temp). The position will be on the evening off shift. Enjoy flexibility, as your schedule can be adjusted during the week to accommodate both personal and business needs. Standard hours are between 7 PM and 3 AM. Some days could be 5 PM to 1 AM, for example, or any combination that provides evening coverage and availability.
Requirements:
- Degree in Human Resources related field. Masters degree a plus.
- Or, experience in Human Resources Generalist role.
