Required Skills and Experience

* Minimum 8 years of programming and systems analysis experience, with strong expertise in Java-based applications and Oracle databases.
* Proven experience in the full systems development life cycle (SDLC).
* Strong background in data governance, data architecture, and database optimization.
* Excellent understanding of development, integration, and quality assurance methodologies.
* Ability to work closely with stakeholders to align technology solutions with business and IT strategies.

Primary Responsibilities

* Lead the design, coding, testing, implementation, and maintenance of Java-based applications and Oracle database solutions, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
* Perform systems analysis and design, applying modern development methodologies, integration techniques, and quality assurance practices.
* Define and implement data governance strategies, applying industry frameworks, methodologies, and tools to ensure consistency and compliance.
* Establish and maintain data architecture standards, policies, and procedures related to structure, attributes, and nomenclature of data elements.
