Description
We are looking for an experienced Solutions Architect to join our team in Greater Cleveland, Ohio. In this role, you will design and implement cutting-edge ERP solutions tailored to the unique needs of manufacturing organizations. Your expertise will drive the integration of sophisticated modules and ensure seamless alignment with business goals.
Responsibilities:
Design and implement ERP solutions that address manufacturing-specific business requirements and integrate seamlessly with existing systems.
Lead the planning, development, and deployment of manufacturing modules such as Materials Resource Planning
Manage all phases of ERP transformation projects, ensuring high technical quality and adherence to deadlines.
Collaborate closely with stakeholders across manufacturing, supply chain, and operations to gather and refine system requirements.
Conduct workshops and training sessions to ensure user adoption and alignment with organizational objectives.
Oversee the technical architecture to ensure compliance with best practices and industry standards.
Provide strategic guidance on system optimization and resource planning to support operational efficiency.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues during implementation to minimize disruptions.
Ensure ERP solutions are scalable and adaptable to future organizational needs.
Requirements
Minimum of 7 years of experience in ERP architecture and implementation.
Deep knowledge of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems and Material Requirements Planning (MRP).
Expertise in designing and deploying manufacturing-related modules such as inventory management and shop floor reporting.
Familiarity with architecture standards and enterprise storage systems.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to address complex business challenges.
Excellent communication skills for stakeholder engagement and workshop facilitation.
Proven ability to manage project timelines and deliverables effectively.
Experience in configuring solutions for manufacturing environments, including Engineer-to-Order and Configure-to-Order processes.
