Role: SharePoint BA
Location: Remote
Duration: Long Term

They want to See:

• Can you show me some of the Documents you did & produced on SharePoint? Please show the Artifacts.
• Governance , high level landscape , write requirements/functions and map them together
  More information. The role originally was for a SharePoint Developer but now they changed it to a SharePoint BA.
• Thought you might want to see this information as well.

Skills Specifically:

When screening, prioritize candidates who say they have:

• Custom SharePoint development
• Web parts
• .NET / C#
• Visual Studio
• Code-first SharePoint work

Avoid candidates who focus mainly on:

• Page creation
• SharePoint Designer
• Content management
• Admin or power-user tasks

The Client s SharePoint environment includes:

• Custom web parts
• .NET-based customizations
• Code built in Visual Studio

Because of that, they do NOT want someone who:

• Just builds pages
• Uses SharePoint Designer
• Configures out-of-the-box features

They DO want someone who:

• Writes custom code
• Works in Visual Studio
• Has real SharePoint development + .NET experience
