Location: Louisville, KY

Role Overview :

We're seeking a skilled WMS Support professional to troubleshoot, maintain, and enhance Warehouse Management System (WMS) processes. This role ensures efficient operations, accurate inventory, and smooth order fulfillment, often in collaboration with operations and IT teams. SQL experience is required.

Key Responsibilities

• Troubleshooting & Problem Solving: Resolve system errors and data discrepancies within the WMS.
• Data Accuracy: Ensure integrity of inventory levels, order details, and other critical data.
• User Support: Provide technical assistance to warehouse staff on WMS usage and issues.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with operations, IT, and other teams to integrate WMS with broader systems.
• Documentation: Maintain clear records of WMS procedures and troubleshooting steps.
  

Skills & Qualifications

• WMS Expertise: 4 6 years of experience with systems like Blue Yonder, Softeon, or Manhattan.
• Problem-Solving: Strong ability to analyze and resolve complex WMS-related issues.
• Analytical Thinking: Skilled in data analysis and operational improvement.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication with stakeholders.
• Technical Proficiency: Comfortable with computers and relevant software tools.
• Organizational Skills: Capable of managing multiple priorities efficiently.
• Team Collaboration: Works well independently and within a team environment.
