RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking an SAP Consultant (Record to Report) in Chesterfield, MO.

Job Responsibilities:
* Develop and execute comprehensive test plans and test scripts for SAP Finance and Controlling modules, including General Ledger, AR/AP, Asset Accounting, Treasury, Document Reporting, and Compliance (eInvoicing)
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure thorough testing of integrations with Vertex (tax engine) and OpenText (Vendor Invoice Management) products
* Identify, document, and track defects, ensuring timely resolution and retesting
* Perform regression testing to ensure system stability after changes or upgrades
* Utilize SAP Project System implementation experience to validate project-related financial transactions and reporting
* Design and deliver training programs for end-users on SAP Finance and Controlling processes, including General Ledger, AR/AP, Asset Accounting, Treasury, and compliance reporting
* Develop training materials, user guides, and documentation to support SAP system usage and best practices
* Conduct workshops and hands-on training sessions to enhance user proficiency in SAP functionalities
* Provide ongoing support and training to users, addressing queries and troubleshooting issues related to SAP modules
* Leverage experience with HR Mini Master to train users on relevant HR data integration within SAP
* Create detailed documentation for SAP Finance and Controlling configurations, including process flows, system settings, and integration points
* Maintain up-to-date documentation for SAP S/4 HANA implementations and support activities
* Document business process designs and workflows, ensuring alignment with SAP best practices and organizational requirements
* Develop and maintain documentation for testing procedures, test scripts, and defect resolution processes
* Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure documentation reflects current system configurations and business processes

REQUIREMENTS:
* 7+ years of SAP Finance and Controlling domain and configuration expertise including but not limited to: General Ledger, AR/AP, Asset Accounting, Treasury, Document Reporting and Compliance (eInvoicing)
* 2+ years of SAP Project System implementation experience
* Minimum 2 SAP S/4 HANA implementation and support experience is required
* Excellent business process design experience with SAP as well as integrating with Vertex (tax engine) and OpenText (Vendor Invoice Management) products
* Excellent understanding of cross-functional SAP Master Data
* Strong understanding of integration with other SAP domains (SD, MM, PP)
* Strong understanding of testing, building test scripts and experience training users is required
* Prior experience with OneStream is preferred
* Experience with HR Mini Master is a plus

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
