Hardware Lab Operations and Logistics and Inventory Management

Oversee Lab Operations: Serve as the primary point person for day-to-day hardware lab operations, ensuring a smooth and efficient testing environment.
Test Equipment Management: Maintain the deployment, calibration, and "buy-off" (verification of readiness) of all test equipment. Manage the inventory of lab equipment.
Hardware Product Testing: Perform hands-on testing of hardware products according to established procedures and test plans.
Experimentation: Conduct various experiments as needed, supporting engineering teams in data collection and product validation efforts.
Data Logging & Reporting: Maintain accurate and detailed logs of all test results, observations, and experimental data using Excel and other designated tools.
Basic Troubleshooting: Perform initial troubleshooting of hardware issues encountered during testing or in the lab, identifying potential root causes before escalating to engineering.
Product Receiving: Handle all receiving operations for incoming hardware products, components, and prototypes, ensuring accurate documentation and proper storage.
Inventory Control: Maintain precise inventory records for all hardware products within the company, including tracking their location, status, and quantity. Perform regular cycle counts of installed or in-use products to ensure inventory accuracy.
Internal Distribution: Coordinate the internal distribution of hardware products, samples, and components to various teams and departments as requested, ensuring timely delivery.
Product Shipping: Handle all shipping activities for products shipped out of Client's Santa Clara office and ensure proper documentation and shipping procedures are followed.
