**100% Remote**
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Workforce Planning Data Project Manager to lead the development and implementation of workforce planning capabilities at our client. This role is ideal for either a data-savvy project manager or an analyst with strong organizational and coordination skills. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in aligning workforce data strategies with business goals, driving cross-functional collaboration, and ensuring operational excellence in workforce planning.
Due to client requirement, applicants must be willing and able to work on a w2 basis. For our w2 consultants, we offer a great benefits package that includes Medical, Dental, and Vision benefits, 401k with company matching, and life insurance.
Rate: $75 - $82 / hr. w2

Skills, experience, and other compensable factors will be considered when determining pay rate. The pay range provided in this posting reflects a W2 hourly rate; other employment options may be available that may result in pay outside of the provided range.

Responsibilities:
- Strategic Workforce Planning
- Design and execute workforce planning frameworks that align talent supply with business demand.
- Forecast staffing needs using historical data, predictive analytics, and business growth models.
- Collaborate with HR, Finance, Talent Acquisition, and People Analytics to ensure cohesive planning and execution.
- Project Management & Agile Leadership
- Lead cross-functional initiatives using Agile methodologies and project management best practices.
- Facilitate scrum-like meetings, sprint planning, and retrospectives to drive progress and accountability.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocations.
- Data Analysis & Reporting
- Conduct workforce analytics to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities.
- Build dashboards and reports that support decision-making across leadership teams.
- Ensure data integrity and consistency across systems and reporting tools.
- Process Mapping & Optimization
- Document and analyze data flows and operational processes across departments.
- Identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements to streamline workforce operations.
- Support the integration of workforce planning tools and systems.
- Stakeholder Engagement
- Serve as the central point of contact for workforce planning initiatives.
- Communicate project status, risks, and outcomes to stakeholders at all levels.
- Foster a culture of transparency, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Experience Requirements:
- Proven experience in project management, preferably in Agile environments.
- Strong data acumen, including experience with workforce analytics, reporting tools, and data visualization platforms.
- Demonstrated ability in process mapping and documenting complex workflows.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to manage cross-functional relationships.
