Overview
The Senior IT Subject Matter Expert will assist in maintaining the legacy IBM-built Oracle-based Financial Disclosure system and support the new APEX platform as needed. This role will ensure that the legacy system remains compliant and stable while assisting with data migration to the new solution.

Pay Range
USD $150,000.00 - USD $189,000.00 /Yr.

This role will ensure that the legacy system remains compliant and stable while assisting with data migration to the new solution.
This position performs all duties and responsibilities in accordance with the Mission, Vision, and Core Values of Cayuse.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the SME for the existing IBM Financial Disclosure system, ensuring continued operation until decommission.
- Lead remediation to restore and maintain ATO compliance in conjunction with the security team.
- Assist in data mapping and ETL to migrate one year of data.
- Provide documentation, compliance artifacts, and technical knowledge transfer.
- Collaborate with developers and analysts to align legacy data with the new system.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- 4 Year Degree Information Technology or related field or Equivalent Experience.
- 8+ years of System Administration experience.
- If possible, direct, hands-on experience with the legacy IBM-built Financial Disclosure system.
- Proven ability to support enterprise-scale legacy applications.
- Expertise with compliance (ATO, FISMA, database security).
- Skilled in SQL, PL/SQL, and ETL methods.
- Top Secret Security Clearance Required.
- Must be able to pass a background check. May require additional background checks as required by projects and/or clients at any time during employment.
