About Maveric:
Maveric is expanding its engineering team in Irving, TX and is looking for a Python Developer with a strong grasp of data structures ,especially binary trees and a passion for building efficient, scalable systems. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys algorithmic challenges and wants to contribute to high-performance backend solutions in the financial technology domain.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain Python-based applications.
- Implement and optimize complex data structures (including Binary Trees) for high-performance systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver robust and secure solutions.
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
- Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Proficiency in Python with hands-on experience in object-oriented programming.
- Strong understanding of Data Structures & Algorithms (Binary Trees, Graphs, etc.).
- Experience with frameworks like Django or Flask is a plus.
- Knowledge of REST APIs, SQL/NoSQL databases, and version control (Git).
- Problem-solving mindset and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor s degree in Computer Science or related field.
Preferred Skills
- Exposure to financial services or banking domain.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform).
- Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and Agile methodologies.
