Job Details

Seeking a seasoned Mobility SME to lead the strategy, design, implementation, and optimization of enterprise mobility solutions across our organization. This role will act as the technical and functional lead in mobility, enabling secure, scalable, and user-friendly mobile experiences for frontline workers, store associates, and field teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategy & Architecture:
- Define and maintain enterprise mobility architecture and roadmap.
- Evaluate and recommend MDM/UEM platforms (e.g., SOTI, Intune, VMware Workspace ONE).
- Partner with business stakeholders to translate mobility needs into technical solutions.
Solution Delivery:
- Lead implementation and upgrades of mobility solutions across platforms (Android, iOS, rugged devices).
- Configure, deploy, and manage mobile applications, OS updates, and device policies.
- Coordinate with infrastructure and security teams to ensure compliance and scalability.
Qualifications:
  • Experience: 10 15 years in IT with at least 5 years focused on enterprise mobility.
Certifications: Preferred SOTI Certified, Microsoft Endpoint Manager (Intune), Apple/Android enterprise certifications.
Technical Skills:
- Deep knowledge of MDM/UEM platforms (SOTI, Intune, Workspace ONE, MobileIron).
- Experience managing rugged Android devices (e.g., Zebra, Honeywell).
- Familiarity with Android Enterprise, Apple DEP, and Knox Mobile.
- Working knowledge of Wi-Fi, VPN, certificate-based authentication, and app deployment models.
- Scripting or automation experience (PowerShell, XML, JSON) is a plus.
Soft Skills:
- Strong problem-solving and root cause analysis skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
- Ability to lead cross-functional projects and train support teams.
