Pay Range:
Pay Range $104,650.00 - $189,175.00

This position requires onsite work in Woodlawn, MD five days a week
Day to Day Responsibilities:
- Gather business requirements while learning the business processes, understanding operational functions, and producing analysis and requirements documentation to properly portray current As-Is and To-Be business models.
- Lead business process analysis sessions to identify business needs from the system and business process perspectives.
- Document requirements in the form of epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Manage and prioritize the user requirements backlog to effectively manage scope in collaboration with stakeholders, development teams, product owners and management.
- Performance of quality assurance software testing, acceptance criteria verification and check-out/smoke test processes using manual and automated testing and scripting tools.
- Support agile development processes including requirements review, grooming and road-map planning sessions in coordination with team leads and product owners.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation
- All other duties as assigned or directed
Education & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree and 8+ years of experience in an Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering or a related field. Additional years of experience may be substituted in lieu of degree.
- Must be able to obtain a Public Trust
Required Skills:
These skills will help you succeed in this position:
- Experience in defining business requirements focused on the customer experience
- Experience using agile techniques for requirements elicitation, software testing, quality assurance processes, and writing technical documentation
- Experience in working in a scaled agile/scrum environment managing requirements, backlogs and roadmaps of multiple projects and products
- Experience developing test plans, test cases, and test scenarios to conduct manual and automated validation activities.
- Experience developing test scripts and performing automation testing using tools and technologies such as Parasoft, Selenium, Cucumber, and Gherkin.
- Ability to effectively communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Experience engaging in business process analysis, understanding the customer's business process requirements, and capable of translating those business requirements into business and technical documentation and specifications.
Desired Skills:
Showcase your knowledge of modern development through the following experience or skills:
- Experience with system testing and data analysis, which includes creating and running SQL queries to validate system results.
- Experience with Behavior Driven Development (BDD) testing and API testing using Parasoft, Rest Assured and/or SOAP UI.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to explain grants management policies, processes, and technical information clearly and accurately.
