Role: Sales Director Cloud Sales & Consulting services (Focus on BFSI/CPG /Manufacturing vertical).

Position Details:

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Cloud Sales & consulting services Director to be a part of our sales team and develop and execute sales strategies that drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successful revenue attainment, pipeline management, sales team management, passionate client service and with Sales background in Banking & Financial Services or Retail or Manufacturing or Consumer Goods vertical(s).

The role involves working with great leaders and team with the same vision of expanding the business and offerings of ITC Infotech to customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with customers to understand their unique needs, challenges, and objectives, providing tailored cloud solutions that address their specific requirements.
  • Opening new business with clients in the specific sector by conducting thorough market analysis to identify trends and opportunities, ensuring a consistent and healthy opportunity pipeline.
  • Leading proposal and SoW development by aligning with delivery, procurement, and legal teams. Perform competitive and quantitative analysis to arrive at win-pricing.
  • Tightly drive leads development, opportunity identification and creation, and deal closure.
  • Contribute to the creation, development, and ongoing evaluation of the overall business strategy.
  • Utilize relationships with providers, businesses, and customers to allow for wider distribution of products and services and achieve stretch sales goals and objectives.
  • Managing assigned accounts by mapping new areas of growth in collaboration with delivery units. Build strategic relationships at the C/C-1 level to unlock additional business opportunities.
  • Serve as the primary contact for client escalations, proactively resolve grievances, and present ITCI s value propositions.
  • Representing ITCI in executive reviews, craft strategic messaging in key client interactions, and coordinating CSAT feedback loops to improve client satisfaction.
  • Ensure timely revenue realization and recognition; align with client stakeholders to ensure account operations run smoothly and efficiently.

Qualifications

  • 12+ years of experience in enterprise sales with at least 5+ years focused on Manufacturing or Retail or Banking & Financial Services or Consumer Goods vertical.
  • 5+ years experience selling complex cloud-based solutions to c-level executives.
  • Expertise in data platforms, cloud technologies, and data analytics, with a strong ability to communicate complex technical solutions to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Strong understanding of cloud ecosystems (AWS, Google Cloud Platform, Azure)
  • Proven ability to manage multimillion-dollar accounts and drive business outcomes
  • Executive presence with excellent negotiation, pricing, and proposal skills
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with the ability to use data and metrics to drive action.
  • Experience engaging stakeholders at C-level in manufacturing/CPG/BFSI organizations

This is a full-time position offering an annualized salary along with a comprehensive benefits package.
