Job Details

Title: Project Lead

Location: NY/NJ/PA (Works with Remote possibility of very limited travel to Bethpage, NY)

  • Leadership and Team Oversight
    • Serve as the team lead for Business Analysts (BAs) and Project Managers (PMs), directing day-to-day workstreams, deliverables, and cross-functional coordination.
    • Define, manage, and track delivery plans and task ownership across assigned resources.
    • Provide strategic guidance and mentorship to junior team members.
    • Reports to Client Program Lead/Product Manager
  • Strategic Stakeholder Management
    • Act as the primary interface with the Altice Product Program Lead/Product Manager, using expertise in telecom Order to Cash systems and processes with a focus on Call Center optimization/transformation to effectively manage the intake of business needs and output of solutions, timelines, and deliverables. Knowledge of Google CES not required but helpful. BAs can provide intimate knowledge of Google CES.
    • Engage regularly with executive sponsors, BU heads, and external technology partners to align priorities and report progress.
  • Product Ownership for OneAgent
    • Serve as a surrogate product manager for the Google CE program, working closely with the Senior Director to:
      • Own and manage the product backlog
      • Define business value and KPIs
      • Make backlog prioritization decisions based on strategic goals and technical constraints
      • Ensure requirements are complete, prioritized, and actionable by both business and IT teams.
  • Cross-Functional Liaison
    • Act as the central liaison between delivery teams and Business/IT Engineering Points of Contact, including Sales, Care, and Engineering departments.
    • Drive effective communication and handoff across business and technology domains.
  • Program Planning and Execution
    • Lead planning activities and track execution for OneAgent-related initiatives within the broader transformation program.
    • Drive successful execution across Agile & Hybrid development organizations.
    • Drive clarity around deliverables, milestones, dependencies, and escalation points.
  • Use Case Definition & Delivery Alignment
    • Utilize knowledge of telecom and enterprise platforms along with Altice processes/systems (Sales, Care, Retention, IDA, IBA, OneAgent, ECare, DDP, DSA, ISA, Salesforce, Netcracker to:
      • Define and document key business use cases to ensure solution design aligns with enterprise goals and user needs.
      • Collaborate with stakeholders to maintain traceability between use cases, requirements, and business value delivery.
  • Risk Management
    • Proactively identify program-level and workstream-specific risks.
    • Develop mitigation strategies and contingency plans, partnering with senior leadership and external partners, and escalate where necessary.
