Role: Automated Test Engineer Functional Circuit Testing (PCBA)
About the Role:
Join our Manufacturing Test Engineering team to design, develop, and optimize automated PCBA Functional Circuit Test systems for contract manufacturing sites. You ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver reliable, efficient testing solutions for ongoing engineering changes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop automated PCBA functional circuit tests and test fixtures.
- Create and maintain test software using LabVIEW, NI TestStand, and C-based languages.
- Collaborate with product design and manufacturing teams to ensure compliance with medical device standards.
- Analyze test data for continuous improvement and system optimization.
- Lead projects for Automated Test Equipment (ATE) development and deployment.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor s in Electrical/Computer Engineering or related field.
- 3+ years in PCBA Functional Circuit Test development.
- Experience with National Instruments hardware/software.
- Strong programming and troubleshooting skills.
- Familiarity with medical device standards and Siemens DX Designer/Xpedition (preferred).
